As People Services Trainee (German Speaking) in our People Services Team, you’ll manage employee life cycle management of the hiring process from contract creating till coordinate and administer termination and off boarding activities for GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) region.

The team is focused on continuous improvement processes, there will be opportunity for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing HR administration for GSA region
  • Managing the hiring process from contract creation to onboarding
  • Coordinating and administering termination and offboarding activities
  • Monitoring contract end dates and probation period
  • Managing documentation related to employee life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)

About you


Experience

  • Ongoing university studies (active student status)
  • Broad understanding of HR process and activities
  • Min. 25-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Organized, precise, has good attention to detail
  • Has an analytical approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Can work independently and shows proactivity as well
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g. Workday (advantageous)

Languages

  • English and German knowledge in advanced level
