Planning Specialist

Establish and maintain communication with both local and international customers.
Evaluate market demands using SANOFI demand systems during the planning phase.
Production Planning:
Develop mid- and long-term monthly production plans (up to 3 years) using the SAP system, adhering to SANOFI planning rules and plant KPIs for the assigned product portfolio.
Maintain continuous communication with customers regarding production plans, demand fulfillment, delivery risks, and related updates.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP):
Run MRP in SAP for the assigned material portfolio and evaluate/correct MRP results based on planning criteria, special cases, and plant KPIs.
Coordinate purchasing operations by aligning MRP outputs with procurement processes.
Production Scheduling:
Create detailed production schedules based on production plans, material availability, and capacity constraints.
Ensure continuous communication with production departments to monitor daily production performance.
Maintain and update scheduling files to reflect the latest production realizations.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Perform data analysis, generate routine reports, and provide KPI projections.
Conduct routine data checks and follow-ups to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and present reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to projects as a key participant by providing data-driven insights and support.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Faculties of universities,
Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain department
Upper-intermediate level of English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) programmes,
Knowledge about SAP MM-SAP PP module applications is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
