Position Summary:

As a Regional Ecosystem Manager, you will be primarily responsible to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help understand and map the current landscape.  Successful candidates will be able to lead multi-layer projects and internal and external relationships in the autoimmune T1D health care ecosystem.  

Main responsibilities:

  • Within your specified region or territory, support the mapping development of in-depth knowledge regarding the T1D health care ecosystem’s current resources.

  • Developing an understanding of the needs of Centers of Excellence, Health Networks, Specialized Centers, Care Teams & Key Stakeholders in the Autoimmune & Type 1 diabetes space.

  • Developing an understanding regarding healthcare barriers for people living with diabetes and unmet needs. Identifying gaps and possible solutions.

  • Leveraging omnichannel approach (e.g., F2F, social media, portals, etc.) to ensure a high-touch and personalized engagement, as appropriate with stakeholders.

  • Identifying and mapping   patient pathways.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, adjusting as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, keeping a breadth of the changing healthcare system, understanding national policies and local priorities.

Key Requirements:

The Regional Ecosystem mindset is driven by customer-centricity and collaboration.

Experience:

  • Desired experience in either Diabetes / Specialty / Rare disease.

  • Demonstrated record of success with a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical experience in a customer-facing role.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders, build and cultivate strong working relationships.

  • Outstanding networking capabilities.

  • Ability to develop organizational capabilities while influencing others.

  • Ability to work agile, demonstrate creativity and be a strong team player.

  • Self-driven and results-oriented.

  • Ability to dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances.

  • Agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments.

  • Ability to build proper environment to enable Playing to Win culture to flourish.

Technical skills:

  • Broad understanding of health system.

  • Deep understanding of care pathway operational aspects.

  • Proven ability to translate health system knowledge into action plans with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead multiple projects with high complexity.

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplined team structure.

  • Digital & Analytical skills: able to analyze data, feedback and turn it into insights.

  • Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, and operational rules and procedures.

Education:

  • Relevant University Degree, Business or Science focus is preferable.

Remote working and travel expected 40%

This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.

Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.

The salary range for this position is $108 917,87 to $145 223,82 (estimate). In addition to sales incentive (role may my eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
