We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee External Manufacturing (EM) India plant supply chain operations for our portfolio across contract manufacturing sites. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Lead the team and support Material Planning Systems (MPS, MRP) and align with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and vendors to ensure timely deliveries

• Lead monthly S&OP meetings with markets and suppliers to capture demand, identify supply risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with Procurement and supplier for material and logistics support to ensure on-time deliveries with optimal cost control

• Implement inventory control measures and maintain Inventory Service Levels (ISL) as per global policies and internal SLAs

• To review production schedule and manage demand for all products of domestic, export flow & regional CMO sites

·Monitor CMO KPI compliance with respect to On Time In Full (OTIF), Delivery performance, Out of stock (OOS), Min-Max stocks coverage

• Ensuring on the Price revisions (MRP) and artwork changes implementation in time across all CMO’s

• Ensure on timely Release of purchase order to CMO’s and RM/PM suppliers and availability of finished goods to central hub from CMO sites

Digital Planning & Analytics

• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) and supply chain optimization tools.

• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools like Power BI

• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems SAP S/4 HANA

• Responsible for digital transformation projects within supply chain operations

Process Standardization & Budget Control

• Ensure all tasks comply with Segregation of Duties and maintain uniform processes across multi-country operations with validated SOPs

• Collect forecasts, develop assumptions for budget processes, and monitor budget adherence

Master Data Management

• Oversee and manage master data management activities for EM India operations including material master and flow management

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Support data collection on orders and deliveries across CMOs and prepare monthly report

• Analyze performance through power BI dashboards to enable faster decision-making

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management

About you

Experience-  8-12 years of industrial experience in supply chain management

Qualifications -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Operations, or other similar relevant disciplines

Technical Skills

• Hands on Experience in SAP ERP. SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is added advantage

• Experience in advanced planning systems (APS). Knowledge of Rapid response Kinaxis or Maestro is preferred

• Proficient in supply chain management, inventory management, and material planning
