As Sales Coordinator within our Consumer Healthcare team, you'll be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the Head of Food & Drug Channel Leads.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars, managing key projects, booking and managing national and international travel, expense reporting, and organizing meetings.

  • Maintains and establishes regular contact with Consumer Healthcare leadership as well as Sanofi Leadership teams.

  • Prioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision.

  • Ensures timely status of projects under the control of the area executives.

About you

  • 2 years of administrative/coordinator experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience supporting senior-level business leaders

  • High ethical standards, maintenance of confidentiality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility with time.

The salary range for this position is $59,850 - $69,825. In addition to sales incentive (role may my eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
