Study Design is one of the Key Digital Product, with a bold ambition to transform study design, to leverage all available data and breakthrough technologies to streamline and optimize study designs and accelerate cycle times, improve patient burden, site complexity and overall cost.
In this context, Sanofi is recruiting Digital Development Study Design – DigitalProduct Owner.
About the job
In this role you will own and delivery new innovative Digital Products to support Sanofi’s Patient recruitment strategy globally through scalable solutions powered by GenAI/AI to accelerate cycle time and bring medicine to more patients faster:
- Own the product from a "What" and "Why" perspective
- Define, create, and communicate product roadmap in alignment with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
- Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in commercial, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments
- Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
- Manage backlog prioritization of work
- Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
- Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, extensibility, etc
- Conduct peer reviews for quality, consistency, and rigor for production level solution
- Actively contribute to Digital Product Owner community and define leading practices and frameworks
- Remain up to date on the company’s standards, industry practices and emerging technologies
About you
Experience:
- Product management or building complex digital solutions, with 5+ years of experience in product management
- Experience in a healthcare company building Digital products in the Development space is a strong plus
Soft skills:
- Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
- Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
- Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
- Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset
- Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
Technical skills:
- Solid knowledge and experience of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
- Experience in AI/GenAI model industrialization is a strong plus
Education:
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
