Nosso Time
Você terá a chance de compor o time de Trade Marketing Canal em uma das principais empresas farmacêuticas do Brasil e trabalhar com grandes marcas, que estão entre as mais conhecidas do mercado! Terá a chance de ter contato com os principais clientes da companhia desenvolvendo,
implementando e mensurando planos de ação que trazem real impacto no negócio.
Responsabilidades principais desse cargo:
- Construir e negociar o plano de trade dos clientes (incluindo ações de visibilidade, preço e campanha) e fazer acompanhamento/adaptações quando necessário.
- Gestão da agenda de trade marketing nos clientes e reuniões de acompanhamento do JBP.
- Integração Planos ON e OFF – interface com time e-commerce/digital.
- Desenvolvimento de novas campanhas/ativações para o plano de trade.
- Gestão de budget nível marca e cliente.
- Tracking e análise post mortem de ativações/campanhas/promoções.
- Criação de materiais de suporte time de vendas, story telling campanhas de trade por quarter.
- Gestão de MPDVs nível marca/cliente.
- Agenda de campo semanal foco em execução do plano de trade e visão concorrência.
- Interface com diversas áreas, vendas, merchandising, trade categoria, e-commerce, mkt e RGM.
Sobre Você
Educação: Formação superior completa em cursos relacionados a função.
Experiência mínimo 2 anos em trade marketing ou comercial.
Habilidades em análise de mercado e shopper insights.
Facilidade na criação de apresentações/story telling.
Domínio da ferramenta Excel.
Idiomas: Inglês no nível avançado.
Competências: Perfil comunicativo, proativo, perfil hands on, pensamento estratégico e foco no cliente.
