A missão do Estagiário de Assuntos Regulatórios é auxiliar na navegação e facilitação do cenário regulatório, sendo uma excelente oportunidade para aprender e contribuir em várias etapas do ciclo de vida de um produto.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoiar nas atividades de melhoria contínua com foco em projetos de otimização de processos e redução de desperdícios, seguindo as diretrizes da metodologia Lean.
- Auxiliar na coleta, análise e organização de dados de produção e desempenho, utilizando ferramentas de Business Intelligence, como Power BI e Power Platform, para gerar relatórios e dashboards.
- Participar da análise e revisão de fluxos de trabalho e mapeamento de processos para identificar oportunidades de eficiência e melhor rendimento dos processos.
- Dar suporte na implementação de padrões operacionais e de visual management, colaborando para garantir que as melhores práticas sejam replicadas e sustentáveis.
- Contribuir com a equipe na realização de estudos de ocupação e capacidade de equipamentos, aplicando conceitos de gestão de performance e produção.
Requisitos:
- Cursando ensino superior em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Gestão da Qualidade, ou áreas afins.
- Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de análise de dados e visualização, como Excel, Power BI e VBA.
- Ingles Intermediário
- Interesse em aprender e aplicar metodologias Lean, Six Sigma, e conceitos de melhoria contínua.
- Habilidade em comunicação e trabalho em equipe, com perfil analítico e proatividade para resolução de problemas.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência acadêmica ou em projetos com Power Apps e outras ferramentas de automação.
- Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de Business Intelligence e Melhoria Contínua.
