Main responsibilities职责描述

Scheduling in the firm horizon, in coordination with site & product planners

固定计划期内的排程（与工厂及产品计划员协调）

l   Coordinates with Supply Planner Site to ensure proper handover of Firm Planned Orders in the Firm horizon+ works on issues resolution

工厂供应计划员协调，确保固定计划期内的固定计划订单得到妥善交接，并协助解决相关问题

l   Oversees batch allocation based on quality and regulatory feedback

根据质量和法规反馈监督批次分配

l   Establishes guardrails of handshakes with different departments to ensure efficient scheduling (prod/ quality/ GSP/ Flow C/ Material planner/ eng ..)

建立与各部门的协作规范，确保高效排程（生产/质量/GSP/流量控制/物料计划/工程等）

l   Coordinate with different departments to ensure all necessary resource are available for scheduled production runs

与各部门协调，确保计划生产运行所需的所有资源均已到位

l   Ensure that optimal use of resources (e.g. personal, equipment, material) are reflected in the schedule to meet the targets

确保资源（如人员、设备、物料）的最优利用在计划中得到体现，以达成目标

l   Permanently adjust schedule in the firm horizon down to frozen horizon, in collaboration sites operations’ stakeholder (Mfg , QC, MRP…)

l   Adapts the schedule based on resolution (equipment and resources availability) with Production teams, and tracks root causes.

l   Checks availability on material supply or releases issues, with Material Planners, Flow Controller and QC/QA

l   Allocates batch allocation in due time based on quality (regulatory) feedback (in frozen horizon after pre allocation)

l   Schedulers should collaborate weekly wit manufacturing and maintenance to get their inputs on the availability of the lines within the short term (3 months), update capacity availability and the production dates within the firm horizon in SAP accordingly

l   Schedulers should collaborate weekly with Site planner to resolve (propose alternatives) FG OOS/ Below min alerts on the short term (3 months) at market level

l   Scheduler should collaborate with material planner & QC manager within the Factory Control Tower Meeting in case there is a need to expedite the delivery or the release of specific components. Contributes to the E2E Flow Meeting & MRP Meeting

l   Schedulers should handover weekly the production plan on 2 week horizon to manufacturing

l   Lead the scheduling meeting

Maintain plan in SAP:

l   Coordinates with Manufacturing to ensure Process Orders are properly executed, release, and closed, within agreed timing

l   Collaborates with data steward to maintain Scheduling Data in systems (Lead Times, Yield, etc.)

l   Lead review performance for excellence in APU

Production Execution flow (0-3m)

生产执行流程（0-3个月）

l   Manage Flow Execution: Oversee key steps in the level 1 operating unit, projecting lead times for product documentation, testing and release activities.

管理流程执行：监督一级运营单元的关键步骤，预测产品文件、检测及放行活动的提前期

l   Consolidating Site E2E lead times and step deadlines together with level 2 leadership

与二级领导层共同整合工厂端到端提前期及各步骤截止时间

l   Coordinate release Planning and Prioritization: Manage batch prioritization and release planning based on market needs, ensuring FIFO at the final step

协调放行计划与优先级排序：根据市场需求管理批次优先级和放行计划，确保在最终步骤执行先进先出（FIFO）原则

l   Coordinating with FaCT participants to make sure each step is completed in time by operations

与FaCT参与方协调，确保各步骤由运营团队按时完成

l   Identify factors causing schedule instability, propose corrective actions

识别导致计划不稳定的因素，提出纠正措施

l   Provides feedback to the PCU in case of recurring issues on satisfying the demand

在需求满足方面出现反复问题时，向PCU提供反馈

l   Escalated Flow Issues. Monitor daily flow in FACT addressing backlog issues, and escalating to leadership when necessary.

上报流程问题：在FACT中每日监控流程，处理积压问题，必要时向领导层上报

S&OE

S&OE（销售与运营执行）

l   Facilitates regular touch point on S&OE horizon (0-3m) with SC Product Planner from GBU SC

促进与GBU供应链产品计划员在S&OE计划期（0-3个月）内的定期沟通

l   Ensures follow up on site actions to meet net demand

确保跟进工厂行动以满足净需求

l   Provide critical information/ deviations on production schedule changes and changes in batch release to SC Product Planner

向供应链产品计划员提供生产计划变更及批次放行变更的关键信息/偏差情况

l   Review 0-3 months demand exception during S&OE meeting with GBU SC

在与GBU供应链的S&OE会议中审查0-3个月的需求异常

l   Collaborate with the site scheduler on frozen horizon supply risks (i.e. delay of production which requires prioritization/ allocation) and escalates to supply Planner

与工厂排程员就冻结计划期内的供应风险（如需要优先排序/分配的生产延误）进行协作，并上报至供应计划员

l   Monitors forecast accuracy and bias by market GMID that is contributing to schedule instability. Escalate in case of recurring forecast discrepancies to GBU SC.

监控各市场GMID的预测准确性和偏差，识别导致计划不稳定的因素；如出现反复预测偏差，向GBU供应链上报

l   Collaborates with Others

About you 任职资格:

• Experience 工作经验:

10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, at least 3 years in leadership roles managing planning teams

10年以上计划运营相关工作经验且具有持续晋升经历,至少3年以上计划团队领导岗位经验

• Soft skill 通用技能:

Good communication and collaboration, excellent stakeholder management and ability to work effectively across functions

良好的沟通与协作能力,优秀的利益相关者管理能力,能够有效地跨职能协作

• Technical skill 专业技能:

knowledge of planning，scheduling, material planning and inventory management. Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

精通计划运营、排产计划、物料计划和库存管理,熟练使用平台(SAP、Oracle等)

• Education 教育背景:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, IE, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or MBA preferred

供应链管理、工业工程、工商管理或相关专业本科学历,供应链管理、运营管理硕士学位或MBA优先

• Languages 语言要求: Chinese, English 中文,英语
