As an apprentice within our Insulins & Established Products Global Franchise you’ll play an active role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the franchise team and contribute to high-visibility projects such as major diabetes congresses and internal franchise events. Main responsibilities:
- Support the creation and approval process for global commercial and medical content
- Help create, manage and maintain a concise overview of all content and ensure its availability on the PromoMats Portal while collaborating with external agencies to develop commercial content
- Participate in coordinating management and internal communications for key franchise events, including the Insulin Summit and for major diabetes congresses
- Take part in creating engaging communication materials, including videos and presentations
- Contribute in analyzing and managing cross-market data and supporting project management activities across franchise initiatives
- Actively be involved in the strategy and development of the insulin brands while managing the insulins budget
About you
- Soft and technical skills: Autonomy, organisational skills, adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Interest or prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. Familiarity with content management or approval platforms
- Education: Master’s degree in business , marketing , life science or pharmacy
- Languages: english fluent

En tant qu’alternant.e au sein de notre franchise mondiale Insulines & Produits Établis, tu participeras à la gestion et à l’approbation des contenus, aux communications internes ainsi qu’à la communication autour des événements. Principales responsabilités :
- Soutenir le processus de création et d’approbation des contenus commerciaux et médicaux à l’échelle mondiale
- Aider à créer, gérer et maintenir une vue d’ensemble concise de tous les contenus et garantir leur disponibilité sur le portail PromoMats, tout en collaborant avec des agences externes pour développer des contenus commerciaux
- Prendre part à la coordination de la gestion et des communications internes pour les événements clés de la franchise, notamment l’Insulin Summit et les principaux congrès sur le diabète
- Participer à la création de supports de communication attractifs, notamment des vidéos et des présentations
- Contribuer à l’analyse et à la gestion des données multi-marchés, ainsi qu’au soutien des activités de gestion de projet dans le cadre des initiatives de la franchise
- Participer activement à la stratégie et au développement des marques d’insuline tout en assurant la gestion du budget des insulines
À propos de toi
- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : autonomie, organisation, adaptabilité. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Intérêt ou expérience préalable dans les domaines de la santé, de l’industrie pharmaceutique ou des sciences de la vie. Connaissance des plateformes de gestion ou d’approbation de contenus.
- Éducation : bac+5 en marketing, en communication avec un background scientifique
- Langues : anglais courant
