Manufacturing & Supply consists of 3 manufacturing platforms based on global business units, as well as supporting functions of Quality, Market Supply and Strategy. We are committed to making best class medicines with excellent strategies and tools and delivering them to our patients.

·Deliver product supply volumes on-time and in-full, safely and in full compliance with quality requirements

·Ensure operations and projects are executed within budgeted P&L and in alignment with M&S global standards and Sanofi's internal policies

·Define required projects to deliver Sanofi strategy on site, then deliver these projects on-time and in-budget, including launch activities, in partnership with MSAT and Engineering

·Drive a continuous improvement mindset, performance plan on site, leveraging fully the support of

all M&S functions

Principle Accountabilities：

• Accountable for product/Service, HSE, Quality, and Cost.

• 负责产品/服务，安全，质量和成本控制。

• Accountable for compliance to all Chinese government law /Regulation and corporate standard in all plant operation.

• 负责工厂所有运营符合中国政府法律/法规和企业标准。

• The 1st accountable for site HSE to ensure the sufficient resource, procedures, and the investment in place，that Sanofi Global Policy, requirements, standards and guidelines, as well as local regulations are fully applied in site.

• 作为健康安全环保第一责任人，确保对于HSE有足够的资源、程序和投入，以保证赛诺菲全球HSE政策、要求、标准、指导方针以及当地法规在工厂全面贯彻执行。

• Act as 1st accountable for the security management of psychotropic drugs, designate or authorize a security management responsible person to organize and establish a security management system for psychotropic drugs.

• 作为精神药品安全管理第一责任人，指定或授权安全管理负责人组织建立精神药品安全管理体系。

• Accountable for plant people training and development.

• 负责工厂人员的培训及发展。

• Accountable for correct implementation to all operation strategy as well as capital investment cycle.

• Accountable continuous improvement and benchmarking in plant operation area.

• 负责生产区的持续改善及标准改进。

• Accountable for risk assessment of business operation.

• Fully responsible for drug quality and daily management of the entire site operations

• 对药品质量全面负责，全面负责企业日常管理。

• Ensure that the company achieves its quality goals and manufactures in accordance with the GMP确保企业实现质量目标并按照GMP规范要求生产药品。

• Ensure that the quality operation division independently fulfills its responsibilities

• Implement the main responsibility of quality management throughout the entire process

• Responsible for equipping a dedicated quality director, providing necessary resources, reasonable planning, organization, and coordination, and ensuring that the quality operation division independently fulfills its responsibilities

• 负责配备专门质量负责人，提供必要的条件和资源，合理计划、组织和协调，保证质量管理部门独立履行职责。

• Responsible for equipping a dedicated quality authorized person to ensure independent fulfillment of drug release responsibilities

• 负责配备专门质量受权人，保证独立履行药品上市放行责任。

• Responsible for handling major safety incidents related to drug quality, ensuring timely control of risks

• 负责处置与药品质量有关的重大安全事件，确保风险得到及时控制。

• Responsible for equipping or designating a person in charge of pharmacovigilance

• 负责配备或者指定药物警戒负责人。

• The general responsible person for AEO, comprehensively manages the work related to AEO advanced certification.

• AEO 总负责人，全面管理 AEO 高级认证管理相关工作。

About you 任职资格:

• AEO 总负责人，全面管理 AEO 高级认证管理相关工作。

工作经验: 10年以上跨国制药公司从业经验,以及3年以上工厂管理经验

·Soft skill: Ability to drive results and performance; Ability of leadership to manage people and teams and customer service mind; Ability to demonstrate personal effectiveness; Highly self-motivated and constant learning attitude; Ability to interface and network at local, regional and international levels; Ability to identify and implement standards and processes targeted at constant improvement

·Education: Bachelor above in Pharmacy or related field

教育背景: 药学及相关专业学士以上学历

·Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
