As an apprentice within our Global Polio Pertussis Hib Vaccines team, you’ll Support the Global Marketing team in developing and deploying impactful strategies and activation plans to drive growth for our core brands across public and private markets worldwide. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
- Participate in managing global agencies from briefing to delivery and developing compliant promotional materials in collaboration with Medical and Regulatory teams
- Support the design and deployment of omnichannel campaigns while leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, insights, and marketing performance
- Contribute in tracking the localization of global materials across countries and support market research, competitor monitoring, and data analysis to generate actionable insights
- Partner with priority countries and cross-functional teams to implement strategic marketing activation plans and follow up on actions from monthly Glocal meetings
- Support the planning and execution of international congresses, including booth coordination, material development, and regulatory alignment
- Contribute to the organization of the annual Glocal Forum to foster strategic alignment and collaboration across global PPH teams
About you
- Soft and technical skills: autonomy, rigor, organization. Knowledge or experience in Marketing or Business, ability to understand simple medical texts, proficient in packOffice
- Education: master’s degree in marketing or business
- Languages: english fluent

Principales responsabilités :
- Participer à la gestion des agences internationales et au développement de supports promotionnels, de la phase de brief à la livraison finale, en collaboration avec les équipes Médicales et Réglementaires, dans le respect des exigences de qualité et de conformité
- Contribuer à la conception et au déploiement de campagnes marketing omnicanales, en intégrant des outils d'intelligence artificielle pour optimiser la création de contenus, la génération d'insights et la performance des activations
- Accompagner l'adaptation et le déploiement des supports marketing à l'international, en assurant le suivi de leur localisation et en maintenant une collaboration étroite avec les pays prioritaires dans le cadre des réunions mensuelles glocal
- Soutenir les équipes dans l'analyse des marchés et le suivi de la performance marketing, à travers la veille concurrentielle, les études de marché, l'analyse de données et le suivi des plans d'activation en lien avec les équipes transverses
- Prendre part à l'organisation de congrès internationaux, en contribuant à la coordination des stands, au développement des supports et à l'alignement avec les exigences réglementaires
À propos de toi
- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : autonomie, rigueur, sens de l'organisation. Connaissances ou première expérience en marketing ou en business, capacité à comprendre des documents médicaux simples, maîtrise du Pack Office.
- Éducation : bac+5 en marketing ou en commerce
- Langues : anglais courant
