You will be involved in the following activities
- Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment Coordinators and the Customer Engagement Manager
- Support stock monitoring processes
- Help interface with various departments including Quality, Medical Information, Credit, Customer Care Back Office, and Tender/Trade Office
- Assist in liaising with the Customer Service Provider
- Participate in interactions with Customer Contact Management (CCM), Order Management (OM), and Master Data Management (CMD) teams in the Budapest Hub
- Contribute to conference calls and company meetings
- Develop and maintain Excel files and PowerPoint presentations
About you
- Degree in Languages or other Humanities fields
- Fluent English (minimum level: B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, courtesy and a proactive attitude
