ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Transformation Manager plays a critical role in assisting the organization through significant changes in our model, ways of working, capabilities, and culture. This position supports the MCO Transformation Head and ensures successful implementation of transformation initiatives with a focus on increasing customer and employee satisfaction while achieving positive business outcomes. A key aspect of this role is translating Go-to-Market (GtM) strategies into operational execution, driving Scale AI adoption, and connecting transformation initiatives directly to measurable business results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning and Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and project management activities related to transformation initiatives.
- Scale AI Transformation: Accelerate and facilitate meaningful Scale AI use cases across ANZ franchises and functions, driving adoption from "good to great" to create tangible value and business impact.
- New GTM/customer engagement (channels, contents etc)
- AI-enabled patient solutions
- Identify gaps in Scale AI adoption and develop support strategies to drive change
- Change Management: Support the planning and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, with particular focus on AI adoption and digital transformation.
- Mindset and Culture Transformation: Develop the right mindset starting from top leadership and build a disruptive culture that embraces innovation and change.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align transformation goals and strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration across various functions (marketing, medical, CLF, GF) to support transformation efforts.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration Excellence: Elevate cross-cultural success between ANZ and South Korea, building on existing progress to achieve higher levels of cross-cultural effectiveness (in collaboration with P&C).
- Leadership and Inspiration: Lead by example, inspire and motivate teams to embrace changes and drive transformation.
- Communication: Ensure effective and timely communication with the Transformation Head and other relevant stakeholders.
- GtM Model Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy innovative Go-to-Market approaches that drive commercial excellence and market competitiveness.
- Specific responsibilities include:
- Business Transformation Alignment: Assist in aligning business transformation vision, goals, and strategies with senior leaders of the region and GBU. Facilitate the implementation of new ways of working across countries, GBU, and functions to support the MCO model.
- GtM Strategy Execution: Translate Go-to-Market strategies into operational execution plans, ensuring clear linkage to revenue growth, market share expansion, and enhanced customer engagement metrics.
- Scale AI Implementation: Lead the acceleration of Scale AI initiatives across the MCO, ensuring meaningful use cases are identified, developed, and deployed to create measurable business value.
- Business Impact Demonstration: Connect transformation initiatives directly to business outcomes, demonstrating clear ROI and commercial results from transformation activities.
- Capability Building: Support the development of new capabilities based on Drive principles and accelerate the Glocal way of working in collaboration with P&C, including AI-related capabilities and cross-cultural competencies.
- Performance Tracking: Ensure the success of the MCO transformation journey by tracking well-defined metrics and KPIs in close collaboration with the MCO council, with emphasis on business outcome metrics and Scale AI adoption rates.
- Customer First Operating Model: Assist in the implementation of the Customer First operating model, ensuring planning, execution, and follow-up, including clear KPIs linked to commercial performance.
- Support country implementations leveraging data, analytics, and AI-powered insights.
- Business Innovation: Foster business innovation across countries and lead continuous co-creation and co-design with relevant stakeholders, ensuring innovations translate to tangible business results.
- Change Management: Lead change management strategies in ways of working, organization structures, processes, technologies, and capabilities evolution, with particular emphasis on AI adoption and cultural transformation.
- Effective Communication: Ensure relevant stakeholders are involved and informed through effective and timely communication.
- Agile Governance: Promote agile and regular practice sharing and transversal collaboration with markets.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in change management programs.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Go-to-Market (GtM) model design and implementation in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to translate GtM strategies into operational execution and deploy innovative GtM approaches.
- Strong capability to connect transformation initiatives to business outcomes, demonstrating clear ROI and linking activities to revenue growth, market share, and customer engagement metrics.
- Scale AI expertise: Experience in driving AI adoption and implementation, with ability to identify meaningful use cases and translate them into business value.
- AI and Digital Transformation: Understanding of AI applications in pharmaceutical/healthcare context, including customer engagement, patient solutions, and market access.
- Expertise in agile program/project management, lean management, process optimization, and progressive organizational design.
- Experience in digital and transformation projects, including the rollout of new tools or systems and related change aspects.
- Ability to lead cross-cultural, cross-geography, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity with a creative and visionary mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.

- Operational experience in general management, sales, marketing, or GTMC.
- Demonstrated experience in Go-to-Market model design, development, and implementation with proven commercial results.
- Track record of connecting transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, market share gains, and improved customer engagement.
- AI Transformation Experience: Experience in driving AI adoption and implementation within organizations, with demonstrated ability to identify gaps and develop strategies to accelerate adoption.
- Culture and Mindset Transformation: Proven experience in driving cultural change and developing the right mindset across leadership levels.
- Experience in building and executing comprehensive strategic business plans.
