Main Responsibilities:

1. AdministrationofInfluenzamanufacturingactivities

• Schedule andcoordinate daily/weekly work ofagroup oftechnical staffinB200 as per area requirements.

• Check and review Records,SOP, logbooks/e-logbooks, BPRs/e-BPRs, and monitoring chartsfor completionandaccuracyof alldocumentsasperGMPguidelines.

• EnsureequipmentiskeptingoodGMPcondition(withpreventivemaintenance, validation and calibration).

• Orderandensureadequatechemicals,supplies,andsparepartsforequipment.

• TrainandensuretechnicalstaffcomplytoGMPandSOPrequirements.

• Facilitatedailymeetingsandreportfindingstomanagement.

• Initiateandfiledeviationsandleadinvestigations.

• Coordinate and supportunits withindepartment(Upstream, Downstream, MWS)and other outside departments (Maintenance, Automation, QOtestlabs, etc.) and ensure timely completion of production activities.

• Perform otherduties as assigned by DepartmentManagementthroughoutall stages of drug substance manufacturing.

• SupervisematerialhandlinginB200Shipping,Receiving,andstorageareas.​

2. AdministrationofDataforInfluenzamanufacturing

• Coordinate, oversee, and confirm technical staffs completion ofSAP activities/transactions.

• Capacityplanningandschedulingofmaterialsandpersonnel.

• CreateworkordersforETS/Maintenance.

• Maintainmaster recipesandproductioninventory.

• Create andmaintain process orderswithauthorizationto change ordersupon demand.

• Ensuretransactions are done ina timely,accuratemanner.

• Overseeandsupportactivitiesinrequiredenvironmentalmonitoringsystems.

• Ensurealldatainputiscompleted accuratelyandina timelymanner suchas investigationdata,LIMs,deviationfiling,changerequest forms,etc.

• Perform activitiesinPCS andreviewdataasrequired.

3. Performandoverseeareaspecificactivities,monitoring,maintenance

• Perform and delegate production calculations, measurements and release checks. Ensure each cleaning meets standards set in SOP, records, and in accordance with GMP.

• Observe in detail and report any process deficiencies, perform visual inspection of equipment for impurity and damage before and after cleaning.

• Perform and delegate utility sampling and environmental monitoring as required and ensure completion on schedule.

• Train technical staff on problem solving and troubleshooting as required.

• Ensure area is inspection ready. Knowledgeable to guide inspectors.

• Perform activities as needed based on access levels on equipment.

4. OversightofHealth,Safety,andmaintenanceofGMPenvironment

• TrainandensuretechnicalstaffcomplywithHSErequirements.

• EnsureoperatorsareequippedanduseproperPPEwhenperformingtasks.

• ActivelyparticipateinactivitiesdonebyHSEdepartmentandsupportHSEinitiatives.

• Ensureoperationsareperformed inanergonomicwayandescalateanypotential hazards.Help develop proposed solutions.

• EnsureroutineHSEchecksandinspectionsarecompletedinatimelymanner.

• Ensurecleaning chemicalsandequipment arestored and used as per HSE requirements and have SDSavailable.

• Ensureproductionand office areas arekeptinatidy, GMP manner, following5S guideline or equivalent

• CleananddisinfectareasasrequiredinSOP.

5. Processimprovement,developmentandpreparationoftrendingreports

• Coordinate and schedule work oftechnical staffinfacility, equipment, andprocess improvement projects with Manufacturing Technology (MTech) and facility management (Engineering & Technical Services)

• Assistimplementationoffacility,equipment,andprocessimprovementprojects

• Write or modify specifications, protocols andreports relatedtofacility, equipment, including SOP's, BPR's.

• PerformactivitiesinvolvedinIQ,OQ,andPQfornewequipment

• InitiateCCR,CAPAinQualitysystemasneeded and managethemuntilcompletionasper committed due dates

• Collaboratewithotherdepartmentsfor rootcauseanalysisandassistwithimplementation of corrective actions.

About You

​Education:

• Minimum 3years College's degree (Biochemistry,Microbiology,Bioengineering,Biotechnology, Chemistry,Chemical Engineering, PharmaceuticalSciences,otherLife ScienceDegrees) plus a minimum of 36 months ofpreviousrelevant work experience.

• Minimum 4 years Bachelor's Degree (Biochemistry,Microbiology,Bioengineering,Biotechnology, Chemistry,Chemical Engineering, PharmaceuticalSciences,otherLife ScienceDegrees) plus a minimum of 36 months ofpreviousrelevant work experience.

Skills:

1. Functional, Technical or Scientific skills/knowledge

• Sound Knowledge of Microbiology and protein purification.

• Basic mechanical skill and knowledge.

• AsepticTechniques, Chemistry, Mathematics, 'GMP and GLP.

2. Supervisory,ManagerialandPersonalskills/knowledge

• Computer skills, SAP, JMP, Visio, PCS, MES, e- BPR, e-logbook
