Objet de la mission
Assurer la promotion des médicaments auprès du corps médical en informant et démontrant l’efficacité des produits du laboratoire selon les stratégies définies par la filiale et dans le respect du code de l’éthique de l’entreprise.
Activités principales
Diffuser une information de qualité sur les produits présentés dans le respect des messages marketing et médicaux.
Entretenir et développer des relations personnalisées, intègres, professionnelles, fondées sur le respect, l’écoute, le dialogue et le discernement avec les différents professionnels de santé.
Planification et préparation des visites médicales en s’assurant que toutes les cibles identifiées dans le cadre de la stratégie promotionnelle sont visitées avec les bonnes fréquences.
Utilisation de l’outil de reporting des ventes :
- Saisie régulière et rapports d’activité
- Connexion régulière
- Pertinence et qualité de toutes les informations saisies
- Gestion du portefeuille clients (mise à jour régulière)
Organisation et réalisation d’actions promotionnelles en dehors de la visite médicale définies dans le cadre de plans d’actions validés avec le directeur régional (EPU, Focus, Congrès...)
Gestion rationnelle des ressources mises à disposition : Outil de reporting, matériel promotionnel, véhicule de fonction.
