Main responsibilities:

• Shape and communicate the product vision for AI and data science initiatives, aligning with E.D.G.E.'s mission to transform healthcare through innovation.

• Drive the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps for your technical team.

• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and technical excellence.

• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value.

• Define and prioritize product requirements, creating clear technical specifications that drive impactful solutions.

• Champion agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data products efficiently.

• Guide the strategic use of diverse biomedical datasets and cutting-edge technologies to accelerate drug discovery and development.

About you

• Strong technical foundation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

• Proven success in technical product management, particularly with AI/ML products in healthcare or life sciences.

• Fluency in data science and machine learning concepts, comfortable discussing technical approaches with engineers.

• Experience with healthcare data and a passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to bridge technical and business worlds effectively.

• Thrives on solving complex problems and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
