As our Data Science & AI Lead in the Digital Healthcare Team, you'll spearhead the development of innovative digital solutions that transform how patients manage chronic conditions. Main responsibilities
Design and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that enhance our digital health platform
Lead the development of federated learning systems that protect patient data while enabling powerful insights
Create predictive models that personalize care journeys and identify health risks early
Develop AI-powered engagement tools, including intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems
Drive innovation in data engineering, ensuring scalable and secure handling of complex healthcare data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful patient outcomes
About you
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
Strong track record in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models
Expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with Databricks and managing large-scale data systems
Healthcare analytics experience and understanding of healthcare data standards
Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Passion for improving healthcare access and patient experiences
