Internal Communications Associate - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Internal Communications Associate VIE within our Communications team, you’ll support our internal comms agenda as well as the social impact activities.

You will also have a unique opportunity to support One Sanofi initiatives and corporate reputation programs.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of One Sanofi internal events and volunteering programs.
• Assist in corporate communications initiatives and reputation management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communication campaigns.
• Help develop and maintain internal communication channels.
• Support the creation of engaging content for various platforms.
• Track and report on communication initiatives' performance.

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in corporate communications would be highly preferred.
• Event planning experience.

Soft and technical skills:

• Having a motivation to learn, and the ability to contribute new ideas and connect with different stakeholders, with a transversal and collaborative vision.
• Strong digital communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of social media management, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal), Spanish knowledge would be a plus.
