Deine Aufgaben

- Unterstützung des Teams Specialty Care Operations

- Unterstützung bei den Aufgaben rund um den Online-Store:

Shop-Admin / User-Support
Werbemittel-Support (Ansprechpartner für Marketing-Teams rund um Prozesse und Distribution)
Werbemittel-Lager (Rhenus)

- Unterstützung bei der administrativen Organisation

Marketing / Sales Teams
Events: Kongressen und Veranstaltungen

Dein Profil

Du bist ordnungsgemäß immatrikuliert, gerne im Bereich derBetriebswirtschafto.Ä.
Du überzeugst als kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit
Du behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten den Überblick
Du bist souverän Umgang mit verschiedensten internen und externen Gesprächspartner*innen
Du überzeugst durch Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Folgende Interessen und Kenntnisse bringst du mit

Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams) sowie idealerweise erste CRM-Erfahrungen (Veeva) mit
Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue digitale Anwendungen und Systeme
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
