Deine Aufgaben

Sponsoring-Management: Anlegen und Verwaltung von Sponsorings
Veranstaltungsmanagement: Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Fallkonferenzen (Anlegen in Veeva, Hotelbuchungen, Vertragsmanagement etc.)
Musterbestellungen: Auslösen von Musterbestellungen, Eingabe und Upload von Formularen in Veeva
Teamkoordination: Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Teams
Unterstützung des Teams bei weiteren spannenden Aufgaben & Projekten

Dein Profil

Du bist ordnungsgemäß immatrikuliert, gerne im Bereich derWirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsmanagement,o.Ä.
Du überzeugst als kommunikative, proaktive und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
Du behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten den Überblick
Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Themengebiete ein

Folgende Interessen und Kenntnisse bringst du mit

Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams) sowie idealerweise erste CRM-Erfahrungen (Veeva) mit
Interesse an der Einarbeitung in neue digitale Anwendungen und Systeme
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
