Secure market access for Sanofi products through targeted communication with payers at a regional level and effective understanding of local regulations and Access environment. Also, bring and adapt locally the payer value proposal and build the Market Access strategic plan for product defined.
Organizational Context:
This position will focus on Sanofi portfolio. The occupant reports to market Access Head
Dimensions (sales, budget, headcount)
Sales: Impact on general sales results, and other KPI previous defined such us TTT, Adherence, among others.
Major Responsibilities and Activities:
- Is the key Praluent contact at local level
- Works closely with the Market Access Head
- Elaborates and leads Access strategy in accordance with the Access Strategy defined by the Market Access Head:
- Maps and prioritize payers and influencers
- Deploys high quality value messages and projects in the fields, that addresses payers needs
- Strategic Advice & Influencing territorial policy.
- Payer Strategy deployment.
- Networking with key stakeholders, regional Policy Makers and Budget Holders
- Tailoring of strategic value/propositions
- Share relevant information to inform and shape opinion regarding the value of Sanofi products.
- Gathers field regional information impacting market access. Monitors and tracks tender opportunities and implementation:
- Field Patient Access Intelligence
- Risk & Opportunity identification.
- Has a strong and updated knowledge of healthcare funding and decision making at national and regional level
- Is familiar with market access mechanics and health outcomes data
- Can identify Market Access solutions to challenging scenarios (e.g. Innovative risk-sharing agreements, contracting models, disease management programs)
About you
- Experience: Has in-depth understanding of payers and their perspective as well as trends in pricing & reimbursement.
- Soft and technical skills: Has an established and extensive network of payer contacts (pricing, reimbursement and policy)
- Has competitive intelligence to identify early opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Leadership
- Strategic Vision
- Analytical capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Medicine, Marketing.
- Languages: English -intermediate (Preferable)
