As an internship, you will join our Operational Planning and Capacity Management team (called OPCM) which provides support to Research & Development platforms to manage operational planning, forecast workload, and optimize human resource allocation.

Main responsibilities:

• Exchange and communicate with stakeholders and digital teams to bridge business and technical worlds

• Understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Develop data analyses and solutions (such as web applications)

• Potentially develop functionalities to automatically interpret results generated by statistical analyses and generate insights directly within the tools

• Ensure maintenance of solutions and data analyses developed

• Ensure appropriate technical and user documentation, training kits, and communications

• Train end users and stakeholders on developed solutions

• Share experience with the team and work in close collaboration with all developers, data analysts, and data scientists

You will contribute to 2 main missions:

1. Data Analysis
You will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to design, build, and maintain robust data analyses and dashboards. In this context, you will be expected to:

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to clarify expectations on business cases

• Specify statistical analysis plans with associated mockup tables and graphs

• Develop, test, and validate data analyses using Python® and Python Dash®

• Communicate and train stakeholders on analyses and dashboards developed

• Ensure maintenance of programs developed and associated documentation

• Share experience with the team and work in close collaboration with all developers

2. Web Application Development
You will contribute to the design and development of web applications to support operational and strategic needs across R&D. In this context, you will be expected to:

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to clarify expectations on web applications

• Develop, test, and validate web applications using Python Dash®

• Work in collaboration with transversal teams to establish connections with data sources, software, and existing web applications developed

• Beyond these two core missions, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and digital teams, playing a key role in translating business needs into technical solutions.

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies in data science, computer science, or software engineering

• Min. 30 hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams

• Rigor and attention to detail

• Autonomy and proactive mindset

• Team spirit and collaborative approach

Languages:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
