Main responsibilities

Support Order Management team in the following tasks:

• Order taking: Creation of customer orders received from different channels

• Order validation and acceptance: Perform necessary checks based on incompleteness, blocks, reason for rejections. update orders in case necessary

• Delivery processing: monitor automatic delivery creation and generating deliveries on time with all necessary information and communicating them with the warehouse to initiate the distribution process

• Invoicing: monitor automatic invoice creation

About you

Experience

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)

• Min. 20-25 hour availability/week

Hard and Soft Skills

• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills

• Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner

• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset

• Good communication skills

Language

• English and Italian knowledge in advanced level

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, Operations management; MBA will be preferred
