Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the Africa Medical MCO (Multi-Country Organization) team, ensuring efficient communication, project management, and administrative support to facilitate medical team's medical activities across Africa. Nevertheless, to provide a full range of administrational and Coordination support to the Head of Medical-Africa- Egypt country Medical Lead.
To achieve success, it is critical that the Medical Business Coordinator with Africa scope: · Collaborates with functional alignment across GBU (Pharma and Pasteur) as an allocated Medical Business Coordinator for CML. · Management of all related topics of Medical Committees (Medical Council, Alignment meetings & the like
Collaborates with functional alignment across GBU (Pharma and Vaccines) as an allocated Medical Coordinator.
Management of all related topics of Medical Committees (Medical Council, Alignment meetings & the like.)
Establish effective collaboration frameworks between Medical Affairs and other functions (Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, etc.) to ensure alignment and integrated execution.
Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies across all medical initiatives in Africa, ensuring consistent delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate medical team activities, meetings, and communications across the Africa MCO.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project status and outcomes.
Actively fosters transversal way of working between cross functional environment for alignment and excellent support to business team with professionalism by meeting expected deliverables.
Focal point the medical governance of meetings and reports.
Organize and maintain medical team calendars, schedules, and priorities Including travel itineraries, meetings and other ad hoc events and make the necessary logistics arrangements as needed.
Consistently demonstrates the skills necessary for effective communication, teamwork, proactivity & positively influences transversal ways of working within a matrix environment.
Maintain office records in a confidential and organized manner to ensure easy retrieval.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes of meetings to capture comments and specific actions.
Record and track all payment requests.
Maintain the physical arrangements of the medical working area and storage room in an organized manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain Compliance Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company.

About You:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and pharmaceutical industry landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Efficient time management skills.
