岗位职责

根据公司战略及业务需求，制定并执行所辖区域的市场策略与计划；

深入了解区域内糖尿病及相关慢病市场环境，制定有针对性的市场活动方案；

配合销售团队，组织并推动各类学术会议、区域市场活动及项目实施；

建立并维护与区域内内分泌及慢病领域专家的合作关系，提升公司学术影响力；

收集并分析区域市场动态，及时反馈信息，为公司决策提供支持。

任职要求

医药学及相关专业本科及以上学历；

至少2年以上糖尿病领域 区域市场经理（RMM）或地区经理以上职位 工作经验；

熟悉内分泌及慢病领域市场，有专家资源者优先；

具备优秀的市场策划、项目管理和跨团队协作能力；

良好的沟通能力与抗压能力，能适应区域内出差。
