ImmunologyMarketing Officer - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As ImmunologyMarketing Officer VIE within our Immunology franchise, you’ll be part of the Sanofi Specialty Care global business unit and will be focused on innovative “best-in-class” immunological treatments for patients with afflictions in dermatology, pulmonology and gastroenterology amongst other therapeutic domains.

We help people with debilitating and complex conditions that are facing a real unmet medical need and are dedicated to discovering and advancing new therapies, providing hope to patients and their families around the world.

As part of an enthusiastic team, your primary responsibility will be to support the Immunology Marketing team to maximize and assure the development of our portfolio in various indications in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Main responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with the Customer Engagement Lead (CEL).
• Development of marketing materials for health care professionals and patients - Digital & Non-Digital.
• Contribute to the development of innovative digital activities for the Immunology Franchise and to the development of brand plans.
• Responsible for specific projects from concept to production, including agency briefing, stakeholder coordination and expense management.
• Presentation of new campaigns/projects to the sales team during team meetings.
• Support the local implementation/localization of Northern Europe/Global projects in Belux.
• Respect internal procedures and work on a constructive way with cross-functional internal teams (procurement, medical, regulatory, sales) and external agencies/vendors.

About you

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing / digital marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical environment.
• Having digital mindset learned from experience in Multichannel / Digital Communication and activities.

Soft and technical skills:

• Advanced cross-departmental collaboration skills (easy communicator, good networker and strong team player).
• Creative mindset.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.
• Microsoft office skills (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced project management and analytical skills.
• Medical and/or scientific affinity.

Education:

• Master’s degree in digital marketing/marketing or equivalent.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written, Dutch and/or French would be preferred.
