As Population Health Manager within our General Medicines team, you'll help shape the future of care for people at risk of developing Type 1 diabetes by adapting global screening and monitoring strategies to your territory. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players and hospital types across UAE and GCC
• Map Centers of Excellence and referral networks connecting pediatricians, GPs, and specialists
• Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring pathways for patients
• Support new screening initiatives for early detection of Type 1 diabetes
• Engage external stakeholders to create awareness on T1D pathway and build strategic partnerships
• Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads at key accounts
• Design and implement care pathways collaboratively with healthcare providers

About you

• Experience: 5 years Commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices experience with project management and external stakeholder engagement
• Specialty expertise: Background in specialty disease areas with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health
• Skills: Strong networking and negotiation capabilities with entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent presentation skills
