Aufgabenbeschreibung
Im Rahmen Deiner Tätigkeit als Pharmaziepraktikant*in wirst Du im Bereich Research & Development in der Abteilung Regulatory Affairs tätig sein. Die Abteilung Regulatory Affairs (Arzneimittelzulassung) sorgt in europaweiter Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen aus Forschung und Produktion für den Marktzugang neuer Arzneimittel und die Aufrechterhaltung bestehender Arzneimittelzulassungen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Dazu gehört auch die fachlich korrekte Kennzeichnung der Arzneimittel.
Du unterstützt unser Team bei weiteren vielfältigen Aufgaben:
Du arbeitest mit bei der Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Variations zur pharmazeutischen Qualität und zu Änderungen der informativen Texte
Prüfen von Fach- und Gebrauchsinformationen zur Druckfreigabe für die Herstellstätten
Abgleich von Datenbankeinträgen zur Vollständigkeitsprüfung im Rahmen interner Qualitätskontrolle und Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Pflege der regulatorischen Datenbanken und Document Management Systemen
Fachliche Überarbeitung von Produktinformations-Texten
Übernahme temporärer regulatorischer Projekte
Gestaltung von Präsentationen
Du unterstützt bei der Beantwortung von Serviceanfragen und übernimmst Recherchetätigkeiten
Du erhältst übergreifende Einblicke in angrenzende Fachgebiete
Anforderungen & Qualifikationen
Du hast oder wirst in Kürze den 2. Abschnitt der pharmazeutischen Ausbildung (2. Pharmazeutisches Staatsexamen) abschließen
Du hast hohes Interesse für Abläufe in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und ein Kunden-orientiertes Mindset
Du bist sicher in der Anwendung von Standardsoftware (MS-Office)
Du bist ein Teamplayer, arbeitest selbstständig und bringst eine hohe Motivation mit ausgeprägter Eigeninitiative mit
Du hast sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
