Der Sanofi BioCampus in Frankfurt ist einer der größten integrierten Produktionsstandorte des weltweit tätigen Gesundheitsunternehmens Sanofi. Hier entstehen moderne Arzneimittel wie Biologika und Insuline für den Weltmarkt.

Über dich
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
Ein überdurchschnittlicher Masterabschluss in einem ingenieurtechnischen, pharmazeutischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang, gegebenenfalls mit Promotion
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Pharma- oder Biotechunternehmen
Erste Erfahrungen in Quality Management, Compliance, Lean Management, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz oder GMP sind von Vorteil
Interessen und Kompetenzen
Begeisterung für die Entwicklung innovativer, technisch anspruchsvoller Prozesse und Verfahren sowie das zugehörige Projektmanagement
Mittelfristig Personalführung und Teamentwicklung zu verantworten
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten im anschaulichen Vermitteln komplexer Sachverhalte und sehr gute analytische konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Spaß am Arbeiten in interdisziplinär ausgerichteten Teams
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
