Our Team:
Business Operations (BO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. BO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

To manage:
End to end training projects.
Training calendar preparation.
Organizing workshops.
Post Training Data Analytics.
Projects and initiatives with a focus on the adoption and execution.
Management of complex global learning programs.
People:

Strategy and Planning
Partner across multiple functions to collect, analyse and prioritize the Therapeutic Area (TA) -specific learning needs and builds the TA medical training planner.
Identify additional training needs based on the learning gap surveys
Manage training planner on trainings repository
Maintain and engage training network
Manage the development and updates of Onboarding Documents for newcomers to TA
Partner with internal (global & country TA medical leads, Field Based Medical, SMEs, medical training networks, Regulatory Affair, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, People & Culture, ITS, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders (HUB, vendors, etc.) for the design, development, delivery and issue resolution for the TA learning solutions, according to validated needs, prioritization and budgets.
Execution / Impact
Co-ordinate TA-specific training execution and certification, leveraging on IT solutions, internal training network or external contractors
Gather training materials from respective team/s, organize the Global train-the-trainer sessions
Schedule (calendarize) training in advance with Global Medical Leads and send invites
Setup Webinar – Setup Panelists, create satisfaction survey, creating polls, etc.
Hosting of the training event, launch polls, record the trainings, manage Q&A
Collect Global training attendance and metrics
Ensure the materials and recordings are archived on TA Training SharePoint site and are accessible to learners
Post training communication: metrics summary, attendance report, Q&A records, satisfaction survey, knowledge checks and poll results(if any)
iLearn
Raise requests for creating training, curriculum in iLearn through Authorised Requestor portal
Raise request for curriculum assignment to learners based on Master data source
iLearn Group Management - manage iLearn training groups by product
eBlast announcing iLearn availability to all GenMed medical - Request and distribute eBlast
Data Management
Ensure timely updates to Master File (iLearn) list and Distribution List
Manage Metrics - record of trainings, metrics, iLearn assignments, TA training network trained/medical teams in scope trained/ total number of medicals trained
SharePoint site ownership and management – Therapeutic Area Training Catalog, Onboarding documents, Access requests, updates to content
Process:
Manage processes across the end-to-end projects.
Managing KPIs (Quality and Timelines) for every project on regular basis.

Stakeholder:
Experience and ability to build effective working relationship and collaborate with global/local stakeholders
Partner with Subject Matter Experts to ensure consistent delivery of Training and Deliverables
About you
Experience: 8-9 years of Experience in relevant industry, preferably 2 years in Pharma Industry
Soft skills: Stakeholder management; communication skills; ability to influence multiple stakeholders and ability to work independently and within a team environment
Technical skills: Project Management, Learning Methodology (Digital), Learning Agility, Drive, Knowledge on Medical Strategy and TA/Disease/Product knowledge is an added advantage
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate with Science background, MBA preferred
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
