Job Purpose:
The Portfolio Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic management of Sanofi's Non-Promo portfolio, including market analysis, performance tracking, and risk assessment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, drive efficiency, and contribute to the overall portfolio strategy in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and track the performance of Sanofi's Non-Promo portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
• Support the development of portfolio strategies and enhance decision-making processes by conducting comprehensive analysis.
• Assist in coordination of global divestment projects at local level and end-to-end management of local divestment initiatives.
• Manage the product lifecycle by recommending modifications or discontinuations based on market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Support the preparation of business cases for new partnership opportunities, focusing on products with growth potential.
• Develop monthly reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on Portfolio performance, potential opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with various departments (Regulatory, PV, Medical, Finance etc.) to ensure alignment of portfolio strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g Power-BI)
• Familiarity with financial modeling and budget management.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including product lifecycle management and market dynamics.
