Main Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the vaccine sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, data entry, and the preparation of sales reports to help the team stay organized and focused on their goals.

• Project Operations: Support the planning, coordination, and follow-up of ongoing projects, helping to ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.

• Marketing Collaboration: Work alongside the Marketing team to help execute campaigns, track deliverables, and ensure key milestones are met on time.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance indicators, prepare regular status updates, and maintain dashboards that give the team clear visibility into progress.

• Data Management: Keep customer relationship management systems up to date, compile sales data from various sources, and prepare clear analysis reports to support decision-making.

• Event Support: Help organize and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute. You do not need prior professional experience — what matters most is your curiosity, your willingness to take initiative, and your ability to work well with others.

• Experience: No prior professional experience required. Any academic project work, volunteering, or extracurricular involvement that demonstrates organizational or analytical skills is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in conversation

• Collaborative team player who is comfortable working across different functions

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine interest in learning

• Attentive to detail and committed to delivering quality work

• Technical Skills:

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with data entry and basic data analysis

• Experience with or willingness to learn customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Ability to create clear, well-structured reports and presentations

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.

• Languages:

• Turkish: Fluent (required)

• English: Professional working proficiency (required)
