Customer Engagement Coordinator - Diabetes

Position Overview

Responsible for supporting sales & marketing activities for Sanofi products through administrative coordination, event management, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide office administrative support including scheduling meetings, document management, and travel arrangements

• Support team communication and organizational initiatives

Marketing & Event Coordination

• Coordinate brand events and interface with external agencies

• Support marketing team with planning cycles and digital campaigns

Budget & Project Management

• Manage projects and electronic systems (eHAT, eBUY, NAYA, Veeva vault)

• Handle vendor management, contracts, and documentation

• Maintain accurate records and payment tracking

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare event reports and manage budgets

• Ensure adherence to Sanofi's ethics and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in administrative and event coordination

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Experience in pharmaceuticals/marketing field

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
