En tant qu’alternance affaires publiques RSV au sein de notre équipe Sanofi Vaccines’ Global Corporate Affairs, vous allez participer au déploiement de la stratégie du département par le biais de la veille stratégique, de la coordination des parties prenantes et du suivi des performances. Principales responsabilités :
- Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies Global Public Affairs pour la franchise RSV
- Prendre part au suivi et à l'analyse de l'environnement externe tel que l'évolution du paysage politique, la cartographie des parties prenantes et la veille concurrentielle
- Aider le département dans la préparation de supports et de briefings pour les parties prenantes externes
- Participer à des groupes de travail avec les équipes Médical, Market Access, Commercial, Réglementaire et Communication
- Apporter votre support dans l'organisation et la coordination d'événements, de congrès et de réunions avec les parties prenantes aux niveaux national et international
- Contribuer aux communications internes et au reporting sur les activités du service
À propos de vous
- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : esprit analytique, autonomie, force de proposition. Maitrise du pack Office.
- Éducation : bac +5 en affaires publiques, sciences politiques, relations internationales ou santé public
- Langues : anglais courant

As an apprentice in global public affairs RSV within our Sanofi Vaccines' Global Corporate Affairs’ department, you’ll participate in deploying the strategy of the department through strategic monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Global Public Affairs strategies for the RSV franchise
- Support the monitoring and analysis of the external environment, including policy landscape evolution, stakeholder mapping, and competitive intelligence
- Assist the department in the preparation of materials and briefings for key external stakeholders, including policymakers, health authorities, patient organizations
- Participate in cross-functional workstreams with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Communications teams
- Assist in the organization and coordination of Public Affairs events, congresses, and stakeholder meetings at national and international levels
- Track and report on Public Affairs KPIs and milestones to support team accountability and strategic decision-making
- Contribute to internal communications and reporting on Public Affairs activities, ensuring visibility and alignment across the organization
About you
- Soft and technical skills: analytical skills, proactivity, autonomous. Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Education: master’s degree in public affairs, political science, international relations or public health
- Languages: fluent in English
