About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Hospital Sales Representative to drive the commercial success of our Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorder portfolios across your assigned territory.
Your focus will be on Fabry and Pompe diseases (Lysosomal Storage Disorders) and Haemophilia, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to improve diagnosis, treatment access, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to meet or exceed business targets
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to align objectives
Build relationships with key hospital and Haemophilia Treatment Centre stakeholders
Drive disease awareness and testing initiatives (Genetic Panel, Dry Blood Spot)
Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at conferences, trade displays, and educational events
Confidently discuss clinical data and stay informed on current literature and trials
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, and ACCC guidelines
About You
Proven success as a Specialist or Hospital Sales Representative (or equivalent)
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or extensive pharmaceutical sales experience
Medicines Australia CEP certification and a full driver’s license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in Rare Diseases, Rare Blood Disorders is highly desirable, or hospital environments (cardiology, neurology, haematology)
Strong key account management and relationship-building skills
