About the job
Main responsibilities:
The Content Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing engaging customer journeys and content that drive our Growth marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will combine industry marketing knowledge with a strong desire to learn, excellent data analysis skills, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset. He/She is someone who is passionate about challenging the status quo and revolutionizing how things are done in our industry.
- Create and design customer journey mapping / Develop editorial calendars aligned with marketing and communication objectives
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistent messaging and manage brand voice across all communication channels
- Translate sales team insights into compelling content that addresses customer needs and pain points
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results
- Stay updated on industry trends and content best practices
About you
- Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding of sales processes and customer journey mapping.
- Soft skills:
- Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously, strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing and medical teams.
- Technical skills:
- Experience in Digital initiatives and tools, project and vendor management.
- Advanced digital literacy and awareness of Data Protection rules
- Knowledge of marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency
- Education: University Graduate in marketing, communications, business
- Languages: Advanced English
