Êtes-vous prêt·e à façonner l'avenir de la médecine ? Le défi est lancé pour accélérer la course à la découverte et au développement de médicaments afin de trouver des solutions pour les patients et leurs familles.
Drug Product Design (DPD) appartient au Centre d’Excellence pour le développement pharmaceutique des molécules de synthèse administrées par voie orale. Le service est responsable du développement des formulations précliniques, cliniques et commerciales, depuis leur fabrication et transfert en pilote pour les lots cliniques, jusqu’au transfert industriel et au dépôt du dossier d'AMM.
Rejoignez notre laboratoire de galénique en CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing and Control). En tant que Responsable de section Drug Product Development. Vous assurerez la conception des études de formulations de formes solides et le développement des procédés, du laboratoire à l’échelle industrielle, sur l’ensemble des cycles liés à la recherche et au développement des produits de Sanofi.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
En tant que manager d’une équipe :
- Diriger et superviser les activités techniques et managériales de ses collaborateurs (techniciens et cadres, y compris des personnes ayant un rôle de Drug Product Team Lead)
- Participer à la gestion du laboratoire en collaboration avec les autres responsables de section : application des règles HSE, gestion des équipements et des locaux, développement des compétences de l’équipe, développement de nouvelles technologies, etc.
- Mettre son expertise scientifique dans le domaine des formulations orales au service du développement de produits performants, innovants et répondants aux besoins du patient. Superviser, et assurer la contribution et la stratégie de Drug Product Development pour plusieurs projets du portefeuille de petites molécules.
En tant que Drug Product Team Leader :
- Intégrer l’équipe CMC : représenter la fonction DP lors des réunions d’équipe CMC, et contribuer en tant qu’équipier projet pour construire le plan de développement DP, évaluer et communiquer les risques, estimer les ressources, etc.
- Gérer la conception des études, la planification, les essais en laboratoire et l’interprétation des résultats.
- Apporter son expertise dans le développement des formes orales solides pour développer des formulations cliniques et commerciales innovantes et optimiser les procédés de fabrication des produits pour le(s) projet(s) alloué(s)
- Coordonner l’équipe opérationnelle de développement du Drug Product en interface avec les autres unités de Développement (Biopharmacie, Process Engineering, Clinical Manufacturing & External Technologies) pour garantir la réussite des projets. Utiliser des outils de modélisation : appliquer des outils d’analyse de données en collaboration avec les équipes de biopharmacie et process engineering
- Assurer le transfert de procédés : Gérer le transfert et le changement d’échelle des formulations et procédés vers l’unité pilote pour la fabrication des lots cliniques, puis vers le futur site industriel.
- Rédiger des documents essentiels : Rédiger ou superviser les documents relatifs aux études internes et externes (plans d’étude, protocoles, rapports scientifiques, rapports de transfert, dossiers cliniques, dossier d’AMM, etc.)

Compétences que vous devez posséder :
Expérience(s) :
- Le poste nécessite une expérience de 10 à 15 ans en développement galénique acquise dans le domaine de la formulation des formes orales solides
- Connaissance des procédés de fabrication, des aspects biopharmaceutiques, de méthodes analytiques et réglementations BPF
Savoir être et savoir-faire :
- Vous appréciez les défis et aimez travailler en équipe, avec un intérêt marqué pour la science
- Votre sens de l'organisation et votre attention aux détails vous permettent de garantir des résultats fiables et de qualité
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et un sens développé de la communication
- Vous possédez de solides compétences en rédaction et présentation
Formation:
- Pharmacien(ne), ingénieur BAC +5, PhD
Langue(s) :
- Français, Anglais écrit et parlé
