As Order to Cash Internship – Project Coordinator Intern in our process manufacturing team, you’ll creating engaging visual content, presentation storylines, and training videos. This role leverages AI tools and creative skills to transform complex business processes into clear, impactful multimedia materials that enhance learning, drive adoption, and improve communication efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Tracking – i.O2C transition project
Coordinate the necessary meetings or workshops
Track or prepare related project documentation
Identify any project roadblocks and propose solutions
Assist in managing project communications and ensure alignment across O2C team, sending locations and global teams.
2. Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Coordinate and track multiple continuous improvement projects across O2C streams (Customer Master Data, Order Management, Customer Contact Management, Credit Management, Collections and Cash Application)
Document best practices and lessons learned from improvement projects
Help measure and track improvement impact (time given back, standardization %, compliance %, user satisfaction % and saving $)
Prepare regular progress reports for management review
3. Process Excellence Support
Assist in process mapping and documentation updates
Support the development and maintenance of Desktop Procedures (DTP) and Business Operating Procedures (BOP)
Required Qualifications
Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Digital Media / Multimedia Design, Digital Media Production, Marketing Communications (with digital/creative focus) or related field
Languages:
English proficiency (required)
