About the Job
The O2S Protege is a very interesting role responsible for the processing of transactions related to the Order to Cash processes specifically for Order Management and any other tasks assigned by the management. This position will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to learn the various processes in the O2S team and gain exposure working with Country Finance teams across the countries supported by O2S. This role is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Main responsibilities:
- Support Order Management (OM) task such as executes and monitor sales order processing.
- Manage pivot process for order changes and redirections, coordinating cross-functional approvals
- Handle dedicated mailboxes/Salesforce and respond to stakeholder and customer enquiries
- Prepare export operations reports and maintain documentation for compliance
- Perform ad-hoc assignments to support O2S business continuity and operational excellence
- Assist in documentation and reporting activities
- Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the O2S Team Manager to support business continuity and operational excellence.
About you
Skills and Experience:
- Working experience is not required as training will be providedProficient in English and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in the use of applications in the MS-Office suite, including MS-Excel
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma
