  • Location: Porto Salvo

  • Duration: 1 Year
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office (Monday or Friday mandatory, Wednesday recommended)

About the job

As a Regulatory Affairs Trainee, you will support the team in preparing submissions, managing regulatory documents, and maintaining databases. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions, gaining hands-on experience in regulatory processes and building a strong foundation for a future career in Regulatory Affairs. This role offers learning, growth, and exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit regulatory variations and renewals in line with corporate and health authority deadlines
  • Maintain and update regulatory databases in accordance with quality and compliance requirements
  • Support the launch, validation, and approval of packaging materials, ensuring timelines are met
  • Translate regulatory documents such as product information leaflets, summaries of product characteristics, and labeling materials
  • Monitor deadlines and track regulatory activities to ensure timely and accurate submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support regulatory processes and documentation

About you 

To excel in this role you will need to have:

  • Be a current student or recent graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or another relevant Health Science degree, with the ability to sign a university agreement for a trainee program
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • A proactive and accountable mindset, with confidence to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • A collaborative, open-minded approach and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous exposure to regulatory training would be a plus
