Als Praktikant*in innerhalb unseres Vaccines Teams wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, aktiv an der Vermarktung unserer innovativen Impfstoffe mitzuwirken und dabei Dein unternehmerisches Gespür einzubringen. Du bist im Vaccines-Team bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der gesamtheitlichen Kommunikations- und Aktivitätenstrategie sowie der Marketing-Aktivitäten voll integriert und übernimmst dabei auch selbständig eigene Projekte. Sanofi Vaccines Switzerland hat in den letzten zwei Jahren mehrere neue Impfstoffe und Immunisierungen im Schweizer Markt gelaunched und ist nun für ein breites Portfolio an Produkten zuständig. Wir bieten ein abwechslungsreiches Vollzeitpraktikum im Brand Management für 12 Monate ab 01.03.2026 (oder 01.04.2026).

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Unterstützung in der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios und der Produktpositionierung
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung operativer Marketingmassnahmen gemeinsam mit der medizinischen Abteilung und Kreativ-Agenturen
- Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Budgetplanung und Projektplanung
- Mitarbeit bei Schulung und Training der Aussendienstmitarbeiter
- Produktbezogene Standbetreuung auf Kongressen
Über dich
Berufserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung im Marketing und/oder der Pharmaindustrie von Vorteil
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten
- Offenheit und Wissbegierigkeit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
- Lösungsorientiert, mit starker Umsetzungs- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohe Flexibilität & Kreativität
Ausbildung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge
Sprachen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Wohnort: Schweiz
- Arbeitspensum: 40 Stunden/Woche
- Standort: Rotkreuz und Home-Office
- Startdatum ab 01.03.2026 (oder 01.04.2026) für 12 Monate
- Praktikum mit Vergütung
