As Early Detection Strategy and Patient Activation Lead within our Type I Diabetes business, you’ll integrate resources and cooperation across departments to achieve goals.

Main responsibilities:

Early Detection model design and implement:

·Develop early detection strategies and innovative model aligned with business objectives and patient needs

·Design and implement innovative screening and testing solutions to enhance early disease detection

• Design implementation progress tracking framework to track KPIs and set up effective feedback loop to optimize strategies based on field feedback and outcomes

• Orchestrate the cross-functional plan for screening and governance

• Establish the T1D stage 2 clinics diagnosis and treatment pathway in target hospitals.

• Base on the T1D disease clinics pathway and guideline, Collaborate with healthcare institutions, patient organizations, and government departments

• Set up the ecosystem to shaping the market of T1D in China.

Public policy shaping and pilot

• Actively participate in the formulation and improvement of T1D-related public policies

• Implement innovative pilot projects to validate new approaches

·About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and abovein healthcare, life sciences, public health, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, patient engagement, or related areas, preferably in MNC

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, diagnostic pathways, and patient journey

• Proven ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into actionable strategies

• 3+ years of management experience

• Data-driven decision making and outcomes measurement
