该岗位全面负责 Aficamten 在东区的市场管理与策略执行工作，聚焦心肌肥厚型心肌病（HCM）诊疗生态体系建设及区域市场能力提升，主要职责包括：
        •        负责东区市场策略的制定与高质量执行，确保全国策略在区域内的有效落地
        •        推动 HCM 诊疗生态体系建设，包括专家网络、中心建设及患者路径的持续完善
        •        深度管理区域核心专家（RKOL），提升专家合作质量与学术影响力
        •        基于目标客户分层，推动重点客户的精准覆盖与区域市场能力提升
        •        协同医学、准入及销售团队，推进上市早期及增长阶段的关键项目
        •        通过数据化管理与 QBR 机制，持续评估区域市场表现并推动改进

任职资格
        •        本科及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学或相关专业优先
        •        8 年及以上医药行业相关经验，其中至少 3–5 年区域市场或二线管理经验
        •        具备创新药、心血管或慢病领域相关经验者优先
        •        熟悉新品上市节奏及区域市场管理逻辑，具备较强的策略理解与执行能力
        •        具备良好的跨部门协作能力、数据分析能力及沟通影响力
        •        能适应一定频率的区域内出差
