Our Team and Opportunities

Quality Student Support will be based in Austria, Vienna. The QA teams in Austria and Switzerland are part of the quality multi country organization Germany Switzerland and Austria (GSA). In Austria/Switzerland QA is responsible for the Quality Management System for the Commercial Organization of Sanofi in Austria/Switzerland.

Some Core processes are: Document Management System, Deviation and Corrective and Preventive Action, Change Control Requests, Third Party Management, Computerized Systems in GxP area, support of the training and quality input to projects. Those core processes are in a transfer project to a new system called QualiPSO.

The Student will be a full integrated part of the Austrian and the Swiss team and take over responsibilities of projects and core processes completely and will contribute to some in larger teams hosted by QA or another local or regional GxP team.

Key mandatory accountabilities

  • Support of the Austrian, Swiss and the GSA multi country team in the tasks
    • Part of the local (AT/GSA) project team to implement the remaining modules of QualiPSO into the local QMS
    • Interface/contact to other departments (Business units and other GxP functions such as regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or supply chain)
    • Document management system activities (Managing local Quality Documents and training) including simplification activities.
    • Local product compliance checks
    • Product technical complaints handling
    • Third party management e.g., contract management with internal and external manufacturers, suppliers and service providers
    • Manage documentation and follow-up of deviations, risks and CAPA
    • Computerized systems implementation including change control management.
    • Processing and management of product quality reviews on local level

Additional accountabilities

  • Backup Senior quality specialist in case of absence 

About you:

Key challenges and issues in the job

Competent performance in quality activities and project managment.

Education: degree in pharmacy or other life science (e.g. Biology, Medicine, Chemistry etc.) preferred

Experience: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical area would be an advantage

IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office package

Language: English and German language skills
