Join Sanofi's Smart Supply Chain program as a Digital Supply Chain Data & Analytics Expert. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain through advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enable data-driven decision-making, enhancing resilience, responsiveness, and efficiency across our supply chain.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered solutions using homegrown platforms, AI tools, or best-in-class SaaS solutions.
• Work in an agile environment with business users, product owners, scrum masters, and project managers.
• Engage with Global Supply Chain business stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Partner with the Digital Data organization to identify and design business objects for supply chain use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to build advanced analytics solutions.
• Ensure solutions are user-centric and maximize their value for business stakeholders.
• Maintain operational excellence throughout solution deployment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

About you

· Educational background:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain systems and data (APS and/or SAP systems).
• Fluent in English.

· Professional experience:

• Experience with leading database and ETL vendors (AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, dBT, etc.).
• Good knowledge in SQL, Python/R, or/and delivering solutions with these tools.
• Experience in creating user-friendly data visualizations.
• Strong interest in using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Experience in prepping, cleansing, modeling, analyzing, and visualizing data in a cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Agile methodologies.
• An appetite for innovative technologies and AI.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage commitments and project schedules in a complex, international environment.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
