As a Data, Performance and Analytics Lead Expert within our Order To Cash Team, you’ll be responsible for collection, analysis and translation of data to drive business performance, with a significant focus on ensuring data governance is implemented to maintain data quality, classification, privacy and compliance. This role involves implementing company’s data governance strategy, leading & managing analytics projects and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Understand the role of data within Order to Serve (O2S) processes, connect data-related issues with their business impacts, and make decisions regarding the data assets' quality, access and usage
• Lead the enablement and execution of data governance capabilities for critical data assets, adopt and promote data management technology/solutions into the process
• Ensure data quality rules are applied to each data asset and monitor quality scores
• Orchestrate automation projects & drive some automation initiatives such as RPA, SAP enhancements to improve Core Model efficiency and liaise with the different teams to ensure and follow technical feasibility
• In partnership with the Hub teams and GPLs, understand the regional best practices and scale them globally, continuously revisit the business cases to measure value and adoption
• Prepare value case for automation initiatives and measure value delivery

About you

Experience

• Strong understanding of order to cash overall processes is a must
• At least 7 -10 years´ experience in data & performance management or similar
• Good business acumen
• Overall understanding of project management methodologies and experience leading & applying their principles and governance processes to projects
• Contribution to a digital project in design and/or deploy phase
• Strong Reporting experience preferably in SAP

Soft skills

• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills
• Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills
• Self-starter, initiative-taker, and ability to work independently under pressure
• Able to set priorities and timelines
• Ability to create, promote, and develop clear and concise presentations

Technical skills

• Solid SAP knowledge
• Experience of Agile working ways, knowledge on Jira / Confluence
• Hands-on experience of Power BI and RPA is an advantage

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school

Languages

• Fluency in English is a must
