iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Communication and Operations Project Associate in our Immunology Strategy & Operations team, you’ll will not only support the execution of communications milestones for the Global Immunology team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering both internal and external communications, but also collaborate with numerous internal cross-functional teams, agency partners and vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Global Immunology team and coordinate with external agencies, to implement the Franchise internal communication plan including newsletters, leadership presentations, video interviews, and podcasts etc.
• Develop presentations, speeches, and written materials for the Global Immunology Leadership.
• Coordinate executive communication such as weekly CEO news, monthly brand performance reviews, and other KPI reports.
• Support the planning and execution of key meetings around the world for the global teams & affiliates.
• Manage and support ad hoc Strategy & Operations projects and initiatives.

About you

Experience:

• At least 1 year of prior experience in Marketing, Communication departments, or Digital roles.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Soft and technical skills:

• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership would be an asset.
• Ability to work independently, but also to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive leadership matters.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
