Our Treasury Department in responsible of managing the financial resources so it reaches our goals, both strategic and operational and to manage the money and the risk associated with our financial assets, in order to optimize the company’s financial situation so it can keep on thriving. Ensure Strategy and the company goals to function properly and optimize the use of our resources for the future. As a Treasury Analyst you will be on charge of reviewing payment proposals from the accounting area for authorization of payment from Health Records.

About the job

Main responsibilities:

• Ensures treasury compliance with Sanofi Corporate Treasury policies and Internal Control Framework
• Coordinate with Shared Services – P2P, CI2C, A2R, HRS
• Control of bank account balances, to ensure the liquidity of the companies to consult and extract from the banking systems, the bank statements of the Sanofi Group to directly upload SIT & Polaris
• Maintenance of banking tools and updating of collection files
• Follow-up with the accounting area of ​​the bank reconciliation
• Update the Exchange Rate in the systems
• Responsible for reviewing payment proposals from the accounting area for authorization of payment from Health Records.
• Creation of system or bank checks for settlement processes for collaborators.
• Responsible for payments for referenced services of Government institutions for services         
• Responsible for ensuring, monitoring and executing area projects linked to Investments, Corporate Cards, Banking Movements and Banking Contracts.
• Treasury support for local business and finance teams and actively participation to projects (investments, legal restructuring, projects that impact business model)
• Filling out and updating banking documents, as well as carrying and bringing documents, filing and managing them.

About you 

Experience: Extensive experience of relevant Treasury / In-House Bank experience within Bank / Corporate Treasury

Soft skills:

• Reliable, detail oriented, adds value and brings structure
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals in an international environment

Technical skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically of Treasury modules
• Strong capabilities in MS Excel
• Experience in electronic banking systems such as SWIFT and of Payment Practices
• Good Accounting knowledge (IFRS)
• Knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytic skills – ability to standardize varying data process/inputs

Education: B/S Accounting/Finance at minimum

Languages:  Fluent in English (both verbal and written) as a minimum
