iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery Operation Partner within our Digital Technology team, you’ll develop a more close relationship between Digital Technology and Finance, managing the costs of the services. Digital Technology oversees contracts with third parties that provide technical services to the Sanofi end users. Ensuring compliance with external and Sanofi financial regulations is mandatory for the continued provision of Digital Tech Global Services & Experiences. Working on this position you will be responsible for supervising the financial statements, including budget, contract and invoicing management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating Technology services of existing outsourcing contracts in the financial perspective.
• Forecast and Actuals closure: financial governance meeting related to actual reporting, accrual check and project performance.
• Provides operational know-how and leadership to deliver catalog services that are cost-effective and of high quality to key stakeholders: Vendors, Service Owners and Digital Markets Leaders.
• Includes negotiation and service management with third party organizations.
• Manage global contracts budget, monitoring variances, summarizing trends and investigate deficiencies.
• Responsible for analysis seeking compliance in regional forecast procedures.
• Build and issue templates easy to understand for individuals not familiar with Finance.

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in managing IT service and digital projects from a financial perspective.
• Experience with ITS Project Management methodology (PRINCE II preferred).

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong ITSM (IT Service Management) Components knowledge.
• Agile and Scrum knowledge (experience in Service Now, Jira, Power BI, e-buy, SAP, eContract, LEO etc.) would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, able to manage multiple services simultaneously.

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance, Technology, or similar.

Languages:

• Fluent English and desirable second language (Spanish and/or French would be an asset).
